Description
Synthetic Materials Unit for Middle School Science: This resource is designed to meet the NGSS MS PS1-3 standard on synthetic resources. Students will read three pages of informational text on synthetic resources, natural resources, and single-use plastics. There are also a variety of response pages and a quiz in this unit. This is great for environmental reading or Earth Day. Students will learn that synthetic materials come from natural resources that have been altered through a chemical process.
