Can be used as a Distance Learning Packet Weather Activities for Kindergarten is a great unit full of interesting lessons and centers for learning about weather. Students will make observations and describe weather patterns and learn about weather forecasting and preparing for severe weather. Weather forecasts can help us know what to wear and how to prepare for the weather. Students will collect data on local weather and record the results to look for patterns of weather.

This resource has lots of age-appropriate activities like sorting and making graphs and includes three slide shows. The slide shows are on types of weather, weather forecasting and severe weather. Students will learn how to prepare for severe weather and how to dress for everyday weather events. Students will learn what a meteorologist does and how they can forecast the weather.
